Neat to see the Temuka stoneware. I think this design is called Riverstone. Very popular - ubiquitous even - during the 70s and 80s. I know people not much older than me (52 tomorrow) who still have sets in their Kiwi kitchen cupboards. Judging by a recent Dinner service sale on Trade Me, Riverstone is due for a resurgence in popularity. The Temuka factory still operates by the way and can be visited in... Temuka.

Happy Birthday! ....I can imagine this was a very popular design, thanks for the name of it....that coffee pot is such a great shape too. Must have a look through your blog....so many NZ designs I dont know about.
