A Bitossi Lamp

One of my unexpected auction finds from this week...a gorgeous, (and for a change - Australian wired!) -  large Bitossi Lamp.

Love the texture of the clay with these Bitossi pieces, and combined with the beautiful turquoise colourings and impressed patterns - it all goes together to make a timeless piece of mid-century decor. Its easy to see why this pottery has maintained it's popularity to this day.
