A beautiful Berte Jessen combined wall plaque/candle holder I've had before. When cleaned up the colours are outstanding on this piece. A nice large size too.

The photo doesn't do this lovely Copenhagen, Kari Christensen piece justice. Such a lovely and elegant bowl or platter.

You might remember the black rose dinner set I had late last year from KPM - well this is a coffee set in the same design - but with green leaves in addition to the black rose.

Another very over the top and quite bizarre teapot, jug and sugar bowl from Minton

That's a lot of beautiful stuff! I especially love the black and white Wiinblad (I collect the monthly plaques) and the Ittala Festivo candlesticks. My mom has a few of those that I drool over every time I visit.
ReplyDeleteHI there, yes I noticed on your blog the Wiinblad month plaques. And yes, those candlesticks are just such a classic. I've noticed with the Wiinblad plaques too, which I could pick up for $40 or so for a full set a few years ago are now getting over $130 or more...a whole new generation seems to have (re)discovered them :)
