Bjorn Wiinblad - Pot Stand


I haven't seen anything like this piece before, and I'm not quite sure what its purpose is. My best guess is that it is a stand or some sort - either for a teapot or other vessel. Regardless though its a great example of Wiinblad's skill with illustration.

It is quite a large (21cm ), heavy and solid piece, from the Studio Line by Rosenthal with an illustration of what looks like 3 happy drunk men.
